The packaged legacy renal thresholds and 19 targeted interaction pairs are inherited screening content. They are not a licensed comprehensive interaction database or newly validated dose monographs. Each local dose rule stores its own source/version and requires matching context. No institution approval is fabricated.

The new insulin model has synthetic arithmetic tests, not payer claim-adjudication validation. Real de-identified EHR images and approved facility dosing/preparation tables were not supplied. Replay and local-rule maintenance tools support adding that validation and content.

Profile matching is software assistance; source completeness, actual home use, intent and clinical appropriateness remain pharmacist determinations. No new drug equivalence or dosing rules were introduced by RC30.
