PhUCKIT Real-World Test RC16B

NEW
- Ctrl+B now opens a compact F-style Patient Quick Glance: group, result,
current value, metric unit, prior value, and direction in one scan line
- All seven electrolytes appear first by default: sodium, potassium, chloride,
  bicarbonate, calcium, magnesium, and phosphate
- The default continues with BUN, serum creatinine, CrCl, dosing weight, WBC,
RBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets, albumin, and lactate
- Patient Workspace settings let each user show or hide values and drag them
into the order that matches their workflow; preferences stay local per user
- Users can keep selected but uncaptured values visible as an em dash or show
captured values only; no missing result is inferred
- The quick-glance side panel contains only evidence-backed allergy/order flags
and paired-result changes, and remains editable for a working note
- Labs & Trends, All Workbenches, Renal Dose, Days Supply / Taper, capture,
patient-data editing, Provider View, and Settings remain one click away
- One compact All Workbenches launcher exposes every dosing, medication, lab,
administration, and nutrition tool without requiring a tall display
- Sex OCR accepts labeled Sex, Legal Sex, Administrative Sex, Birth Sex, and
Gender rows plus common OCR variants while excluding Gender Identity
- Height OCR accepts Height, Height/Length, Ht, common label/unit OCR errors,
split label/value rows, centimeters, meters, total inches, and feet/inches
- Search-first Labs & Trends workspace with Electrolytes selected by default
- Required pharmacist set always visible: Na, K, Cl, bicarbonate, Ca, Mg, phosphate,
BUN, SCr, CrCl, dosing weight, WBC, RBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets,
  albumin, and lactate
- SI/metric presentation across the lab table, histories, report, and corrections output
- Click any result for a compact oldest-to-newest trend graph and captured history
- Missing results remain visibly absent and are never inferred from nearby OCR numbers
- Metric-source OCR support for mmol/L, µmol/L, g/L, L/L, x10^9/L, and x10^12/L
- Ctrl+Space Search Everything now includes visible primary, other, and custom-menu links
- Days Supply / Taper SIG calculator for long, multi-step directions such as prednisone tapers
- Each taper step is calculated independently; ambiguous PRN or incomplete steps are withheld
- Large screen captures are processed in smaller overlapping OCR batches with live batch status
- Patient-review and extracted-text outputs are editable, word-wrapped, and vertically scrollable
- Direct graphical application launch after setup and from the desktop shortcut (no visible command prompt)
- Installer, application, and Clinical Reasoning Database share one visual system
- Ctrl+B drag capture now has a bright expanding outline, live dimensions, and capture status
- Conservative medication OCR recovery and Clinical Reasoning Database fuzzy alias matching
- Verified correction path for OULoxetine -> Duloxetine with source-review labeling
- Evidence-anchored numeric capture: analyte/field labels must agree with trailing units
- Weight precedence: dosing weight, another labeled kg weight, then one unique standalone kg value
- Ambiguous or ungrounded OCR rows are excluded and surfaced as capture review items
- Screenshot-ready Provider View with priority findings, lab trends, and medication reconciliation
- Separate home/ambulatory and acute/inpatient medication profiles
- Automatic profile inference from captured screen language
- Uncertain lists remain unassigned
- Acute versus ambulatory MedRec comparison
- Dose, route, and SIG change detection
- Therapeutic substitution review
- Home medication omission detection
- New acute medication detection
- Comparison added to Patient Workspace and Visual Report

TEST
1. Press Ctrl+B and confirm Patient Quick Glance opens directly to the compact
Result / Current / Unit / Prior / Change table.
2. Confirm sodium, potassium, chloride, bicarbonate, calcium, magnesium, and
phosphate are the first seven rows and all values display in metric units.
3. Open Settings from Patient Quick Glance, then show/hide and drag rows into a
new order. Reopen the workspace and confirm the per-user layout persists.
4. Toggle whether selected uncaptured rows remain visible and confirm blanks stay
as an em dash rather than receiving an inferred value.
5. Confirm the side panel contains only captured allergy/order flags and real
paired-result changes, with no OCR-repair or MedRec-completion status.
6. Select Labs & Trends and confirm Electrolytes is the default concise table.
7. Select All Workbenches and confirm every clinical tool is visible in one launcher.
8. Capture Sex/Gender and Height/Ht rows in both same-row and label-above-value
layouts; confirm sex and metric height appear in the patient header.
9. Search SCr, CO2, Hgb, Plt, and hemaglobin; confirm the expected result appears.
10. Switch among Renal & dosing, CBC, Other key, and All required; confirm all 18
required rows remain visible even when a result was not captured.
11. Click a result with multiple captures and confirm the graph and scrollable history update.
12. Confirm displayed lab values use SI/metric units and no missing value is inferred.
13. Press Ctrl+Space, search by a configured link name or URL, and confirm the link is labeled and opens.
14. Open Days Supply / Taper SIG and test a long taper such as 4 tablets daily for
3 days, then 3 daily for 3 days, then 2 daily for 3 days, then 1 daily for 3 days
with quantity 30; confirm the result is 12 days and all four steps are shown.
15. Confirm a PRN range without a maximum is withheld instead of guessed.
16. Capture a large screen and confirm the OCR batch counter advances through smaller regions.
17. Confirm the clinical-flags working note wraps, scrolls, and can be edited before copying.
18. Capture a screen labeled Home Medications, PTA Medications, Medication History,
   Ambulatory Medications, or Outpatient Medications.
19. Capture an Active Orders, Inpatient Orders, Pharmacy Verification, or MAR screen.
20. Open Provider View for the deeper medication comparison.
21. Confirm matching drugs, dose/route/SIG changes, omissions, substitutions,
and new acute medications are displayed.
22. Confirm the Provider View includes the priority review, concise metric lab table,
and reconciliation table in the screenshot view.
23. Capture a test order containing OULoxetine and confirm the displayed medication
is corrected to Duloxetine and remains marked for source verification.
24. Confirm Weight Dosing is preferred over other kg fields; when it is absent,
confirm another labeled weight is used before a unique standalone kg value.
25. Confirm unlabeled numbers, reference ranges, and analyte/unit mismatches remain
missing instead of appearing in the patient session.
